“Esta sección intenta ser una ayuda práctica para quien desee ejercer en casa o en el colegio “La terapia del Arte”

 Cocina en familia 

Este ejercicio ha sido propuesto por la artista que entrevistamos en este mismo número (Mª Fernanda Delgado): “Recomiendo a las familias hacer un taller de cocina de vez en cuando: galletas, bizcocho, pan, masas, etc. donde materiales, texturas, olores, colores son muy gratificantes y creativos y los materiales pueden ser paralelos al proceso artístico: La harina puede sustituir a la arcilla, las bolitas de azúcar y anís aportan el color, etc. Y sobre todo jugar con ellos y que sepan que cualquier actividad se puede convertir en Arte”.

La Terapia del Arte se adentra en la cocina infantil: una actividad que concebimos como actividad artística, familiar y lúdica. Pero también pone en marcha muchos recursos del niño: el niño ESCRIBE los ingredientes que va a necesitar en una lista, acude al supermercado para comprar todo lo necesario, donde APRENDE A ELEGIRLOS basándose en un proceso de toma de decisiones. Una vez en la cocina, el niño se lava las manos y APRENDE LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA HIGIENE al manipular los ingredientes. Cuando se le asigna una tarea, el niño COORDINA SUS MOVIMIENTOS FINOS Y GRUESOS al mezclar, remover, batir, decorar, rebozar, y así aprende a DIFERENCIAR LAS TEXTURAS Y LOS OLORES. El niño pondrá en marcha la LECTURA al seguir los pasos de la receta y a medida que se mancha, irá aprendiendo con la práctica a ser más cuidadoso. Y para que el producto final sea apetitoso, tendrá que poner especial cuidado en el CÁLCULO de las cantidades de los diferentes ingredientes.

A continuación os presentamos dos recetas divertidas y estimulantes para introducir a los niños en el maravilloso mundo de la cocina.

Receta Número 1: Pasta de Colores.

Ingredientes:

  • Pasta, preferiblemente tallarines.
  • Colorante alimenticio
  • Bolsas de plástico de congelación.
  • Trapos o papel de cocina

Preparación:

A continuación sigue los pasos para preparar la receta (Las estrellas en la enumeración indican que el niño nos puede ayudar en esos pasos.)

  1. * Metemos la pasta en bolsas, cada bolsa solo servirá para un color.
  2. * Añadimos un chorrito de colorante y agua.
  3. * Removemos hasta teñir toda la pasta.
  4. * Dejamos secar en el exterior sobre trapos o papel de cocina.
  5. Cocemos la pasta de manera normal
  6. Una vez seca la pasta se puede guardar el tiempo que quieras en recipientes de plástico o botes de cristal.

Receta Número 2: Escarabajos egipcios / kiwi

Kiwis peludos, escarabajos menudos, haced un escudo para los mocos tozudos. Explosión de vitaminas que al cuerpo anima. Conjuro: Scarabaeus aegyptiacus!

Ingredientes * 1 kiwi * ojitos de fantasía * patitas de pasas * pelos de virutas de chocolate * pelos de virutas de coco

Preparación * Pelar el kiwi y partirlo en dos. * Separar las mitades y dividirlas en tres, formando cabeza y alas. * Hacer el hueco de los ojos con un palillo. * Untar la cabeza en las virutas de chocolate y coco con la ayuda de dos palillos. * Pegar los ojos con cuidado y, a continuación, cortar las pasas a lo largo para hacer las patas.
